About Parkline Phase 1 by Minto

Parkline Phase 1 is the first phase of a thoughtfully designed multi‑residential community by Minto Communities located at the intersection of Richmond Road & 25 St SW in Calgary’s Richmond Knob Hill neighbourhood.

Currently in the Development Permit (DP2025‑02420) stage, the project is being reviewed by the City to ensure strong alignment with land‑use policies and neighbourhood character. A virtual information session was held in May 2025—public feedback is accepted until June 11, 2025.

Parkline will bring a mix of condos and townhomes and enhance public spaces near transit corridors and parks. Pricing, unit mix, and exact occupancy timelines are still pending as approvals progress.

As of May 15, 2025, Minto officially submitted the Phase 1 Development Permit application to the City of Calgary.
A public comment period was held in summer 2024, with a second Detailed Review letter (DR2) issued in September. The application is currently undergoing technical review.
