Additionally, properties sold faster, with days on market dropping by 9.09% to just 20 days. Price appreciation was evident across all key metrics: the benchmark price climbed 6.34% to $635,500, the median price rose 7.96% to $610,000, and the average price surged 20.21% to $702,000. Altogether, these figures reflect continued strong buyer demand, particularly in the upper-tier segments of Calgary’s housing market.
