Reid Homes is a third-generation homebuilder, owned and operated by the Reid family themselves. Back in 1947, Melville Reid started building quality homes. His son Richard, and grandson Nathan, represent the second and third generation of the homebuilding tradition today. When you need assistance at Reid Homes you don’t have to wade through layers of management, we are a low volume hands-on builder. We don’t hire managers and general managers to distance new home purchasers from the builders.
